What are environmental prayer beads? Our earth is slowly being devastated, deforested and stripped of it's resources and wildlife. Among the first to go are some of the most wonderful creatures. My environmental prayer beads are designed for relaxation and meditation just as my other prayer beads are, but there is a different focus.

I choose (with permission) the paintings of Julia Gray to create some of my prayer beads. My environmental prayer beads are created to honor the endangered or extinct species that have disappeared from our world.  As you use these beads, with your first focus, please say a prayer for these wonderful, colorful and just plain cool little creatures!
